In search of a balance between fair payment for artistic projects and a sustainable ask from agencies towards festivals and live clubs, the workshop opens a table for reflection and exchange: on one side, the professionalisation of the sector brings economic pressure and high production costs; on the other, hospitality standards and management flexibility for artists clash with ever-rising costs. The workshop aims to bring the different roles of the chain into dialogue to find common ground.
