Accessibility
A shared, welcoming experience
We believe live music should be a shared, welcoming experience, open to everyone. We want KeepOn LIVE FEST to be a widespread event where everyone can feel part of our community.
This page offers clear, transparent information about the accessibility of the 2026 venues in Bologna. It is also the result of the journey undertaken within Il Concerto Che Vorrei, the project promoted by our association (and funded by the Italian Ministry of Culture) to build together an idea of the ideal concert: truly inclusive, safe and accessible to all.

Tickets & participation
Some KeepOn LIVE Fest activities (such as the plenary sessions, social lunches and Friday 18 September workshops) are reserved for the live-music venues in the KeepOn LIVE network and are not open to the general public. For all other open initiatives, we are committed to an inclusive and accessible experience.
Step 1 — Check how to access the event
Free-entry events (no booking)
The musical showcases and the talks on Saturday 19 September (at Locomotiv Club and Parco DLF, in collaboration with Tutto Molto Bello) are open to all with no booking, membership or registration, while places last.
Free events with mandatory booking
- Thursday 17 September (5:30–7:00 pm @ Sala della Musica): Panel “Original Music, Live Clubs and Festivals” → book your seat on TicketSMS
- Saturday 19 September (10:00 am–1:00 pm @ ExDynamo): Workshop “No One Is An Island”, on accessible concerts → book your seat on TicketSMS
- Saturday 19 September (11:00 am–1:00 pm @ ExDynamo): Workshop “Music Rights” → book your seat on TicketSMS
Step 2 — Tell us your needs or request a Companion (PA) pass
After booking your seat (for events with booking) or if you plan to attend the open showcases and talks, you can tell us about any support you need. How: send an e-mail to accessibilita@keeponlive.com with your name, the event you will attend and any specific needs (e.g. reserved seat, entrance support, presence of a companion).
When you arrive
Contact point on arrival: if you have reported specific needs or booked a Companion (PA) pass, you can go directly to the staff at the entrance or the dedicated Info Point. They will accompany you or give you directions to reach your seat or the reserved platform.
Accessibility services & sensory experience
To make KeepOn LIVE Fest an increasingly inclusive and multisensory experience, we have set up services dedicated to enjoying the content and the live music.
Vibrating vests
During the musical showcases we make tactile/vibrating vests available to the deaf and hard-of-hearing audience. These devices convert musical frequencies into vibrations felt on the body, letting you “feel” the music, the rhythm and the bass through the body.
How to request one (booking required): as vests are available in limited numbers, advance booking is required. Reserve yours by e-mailing accessibilita@keeponlive.com, specifying the event/time you wish to attend. On the day, staff at the entrance/Info Point will help you put on and adjust the device.
